Application for a broad range of cell sizes and types

EVE™ counts primary (tissue, blood) cell lines as well as stem cells in a size range of 5-60µm and a concentration range of 1x10^4 - 1x10^7cells/ml.

Differentiation of clumped cells

Provides accurate counting results. It features an advanced analysis algorithm for proper counting of clumped cells.

Cell size gating

Select a range of cell sizes included in counting using the gating function.

Data storage and analysis

Store 500 test results on the internal memory, transfer the data to a PC by USB drive. An additional PC based software provides an advanced recounting function. Detailed image analysis allows to check counting results manually in-depth (down to every single count).

User friendly

7 inch LCD touch screen, bench top size, NO maintenance needed.

Trypan blue staining

Trypan blue is a diazo dye, a vital stain used to selectively color dead cells blue.
Live cells or tissue with intact cell membranes are not coloured. Dead cells are shown as a distinctive blue colour as the stain can traverse their membranes.
