The Fixative for Use in Fixing Cornea
To fix cornea, one should use the following fixative:
2% Glutaraldehyde, 1% Paraformaldehyde (Formaldehyde) in a 0.1M Sodium Cacodylate buffer; pH 7.4 containg 0.02% Picric Acid. (Assouline, et al 1992)
